Family and Background

I am an Eastern Shore of Virginia native. I have lived my entire life in Northampton County. I have two children, my daughter Morgan is 19 and my son Dylan is 15. Prior to entering the automotive industry, I was a Manager at Cherrystone Family Camping Resort for 5 years and a Master Police Officer for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel District for over 12 years.

What inspired you to pursue the career you have now?

I entered the automotive industry without any prior experience not knowing where it would go. I am always up for a challenge and love to learn new skills. After a few months as a Sales Consultant I moved into the F&I/Sales Manager position where I am continuing to learn and grow.

How do you define success?

Success to me is measured by personal growth that I have been able to obtain by consistently being observant and gaining beneficial knowledge from those surrounding me.

What is the best piece of professional advice you've received?

The only obstacles that prohibit your achievements are the ones you create yourself.

What's your favorite feature of the Eastern Shore?

My favorite feature of the Eastern Shore would have to be the availability of the fresh seafood. There is nothing better than clams and oysters straight out of the waters of our Seaside!

Just for fun, what's your favorite springtime activity on the Eastern Shore?

My favorite springtime activity is being able to cookout on the grill and enjoy the longer days.
