Family and Background:
I was born in Horsey, VA, raised in Withams Va, My father is the late James Crosby, my mother is Joyce Watson, step father is the late Milton Buster Watson. I am a graduate of Arcadia High School. I am married to Alfred Marshall.
I have 7 Siblings , 3 sons Rontell & Rodnell Crosby and the late Alfred B. Marshall, 2 daughters Tyshea Marshall & Amiyah Watson. I also have a dog named Lady. I have worked at Tyson’s for 31 years, I started in the Labeling Dept and I am currently the Orientation Trainer. I really enjoy my job!
What inspired you to pursue the career you have now?
Once you realize your worth it makes you want to do better and take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself.
How do you define success?
If you are able to look behind you and see the fruits of your labor after many years of hard work you have been successful. Being able to help people along the way is so fulfilling
What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
Stop making excuses and find a way to make it happen! Take every opportunity to become better than you were yesterday!
What’s your favorite thing about the Eastern Shore?
It’s peacefulness, I especially enjoy the beaches and the seafood.
What’s your favorite summertime activity?
I enjoy the outdoors, specifically swimming, family gatherings, and grilling!
