President: Jeff Davis
Our Chamber president is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation. The president reports to the chairman of the board of directors and the board’s executive committee. The president is responsible for formulating and managing the budget. He makes decisions with careful consideration to the health and well-being of the Chamber. He is responsible for hiring staff and insuring they adhere to the policies and practices of the Chamber. He is the liaison among the Chamber, our local and state government representatives, the business community, and our membership at large.
Vice president: Jean Hungiville
Our Chamber vice president assists the president with business consultations, event planning, and general oversight of the Chamber. She manages membership, including working to increase rolls, serve members, and publish the directory. She aids event and publications committee chairmen as needed in addition to leading advertisement sales for the annual business directory and the Essentials magazine.
Accounting clerk: Virginia Evans
Our accounting clerk handles all items related to accounts receivables, accounts payable, and payroll. She also assists members and visitors with general information regarding membership and events.
Administrative assistant: Trish Doiron
The administrative assistant job is very diverse from day to day. It includes: creating and renewing forms for the many festivals and tournaments; keeping in contact with all committee members and chairpersons; ordering supplies as needed; answering phone and greeting visitors; working with manifests and spreadsheets; mailing information to new members; attending meetings after hours; assisting with cleaning the Chamber; generating minutes from meetings; keeping the Board of Directors books up to date for monthly meetings; organizing festivals and other events.
